Fully equipped kitchen. Polished floors and ceiling fans throught, Aircon in living area. Veradah overllooking the back yard. Heaps of parking onsite and off street parking.
Reid Park -V8 Track and the Civic Theatre are within walking distance. Restaurants and woolworths nearby.
Suitable for families or couples
