We have 4 exclusive ground-level boutique-appointed apartments (not motel style units) centrally located, very spacious and fully self-contained. Located close to the city and set at the end of a quiet no through street, they are the ideal place to stay in Townsville.
Each apartment (of 100 m2 ) has a character of its own, being individually furnished and tastefully decorated. They can comfortably fit 5 adults.
Each apartment has 2 good-sized bedrooms, with quality beds and bedding. All have full size mirrored built-in wardrobes, bedside cupboards with lamps and clock radios.
Each unit can sleep up to 5 people and they have:

..Bedroom 2 = Queen Size Bed + King Size Single Bed
The modern spacious kitchens have every utensil and quality appliance you could possibly dream of, with all new stoves, appliances and full size fridges.
Relax in the lounge room, watch FREE Foxtel on NEW hi-definition 42 inch LCD flat screen TV's, or use the DVD video player to watch your own personal library of 60 DVDs including children's.
We provide for children ( FREE ) high chairs, porta cots, baby baths, quality children's plates and bowls, honey bear cups, placemats and cutlery.
The apartments are fully air conditioned, with added ceiling fans, blinds and curtains. You have full laundry facilities with washing machines, (laundry powder provided FREE) dryers, ironing boards and irons.
Each apartment has its own remote controlled lock-up garage, finished in non-slip tiles (to double as an additional entertainment area or to store all your equipment). In the private paved rear garden courtyard you can relax outside and cook on the Weber Q200 gas BBQ.
All the apartments are non-smoking with ash trays outside. No pets allowed, so no smells. The only noises heard are birds, Rainbow lorikeets, Ibis and curlews. In season we also have Brolga, Jabaru and Bowerbirds. It's very tranquil.

This was by far the BEST accommodation I have ever had the pleasure of using. I travel a lot with work, so I have stayed in plenty of different places, this beats everything hands down. Peaceful, quiet, comfortable, well equipped, and the owners could not be nicer people,I would recommend this accommodation to anyone, a real home away from home. Thank you.

Marcol Place is just 2 klms from Townsville Airport, 1 klm to Garbutt IGA Shopping Centre with 13 shops an 3 ATMs, 3.5 klms to the Rockpool at the Strand, 4.5 klms to Townsville City Centre, 2.5 klms to Castletown Shopping World with 143 shops, 1.5 klms to 6 dine-in or takeaway food outlets. The local bus transport is just around the corner. We have it all.
