The balcony suite comprises of a queen size bed in bedroom 1 with ensuite bathroom, queen size bed in 2nd bedroom, large leather lounge, kitchenette with full size fridge, electric hotplates, microwave, electric kettle, electric SS frypan, reverse cycle air conditioning plus a wood heater, TV, DVD and Video, CD/radio player. The private entrance to the balcony suite is from the back garden and has a wooden stairway. The balcony gate can be locked so young children cannot open the gate. It has a very tranquil setting of the large back garden with silver birches swaying and has a table with two benches and gas BBQ so you can enjoy some of your meals there and be entertained by the variety of birds. The playground is in full view of the balcony, in case the kids want to go and play. You also have use of the wood BBQ in the garden which is located near the playground.
