Self-contained apartment

Rudacha Villa is brand new in 2007, very modern and trendy self contained villa. Views across to Arthurs Seat and over the rolling valley. The villa has a kitchenette with microwave kettle toaster and fridge, BBQ on deck. Villa is open plan with beautiful blackbutt timber flooring, pillow top queen bed and quirky lounge area, ensuite very sharp. Very toasty wall gas fire,and a split system, the ultimate romantic getaway CHECK IN 2PM CHECK OUT 10AM

Our guest book since opening has been fantastic, all our guest cant believe how clean and modern the villa is and the attention to detail.

Locality

Rudacha villa is situated 3kms off the Surf coast hwy, The beaches and shops are a 3 minute drive and the Long board winery is just down the road. The Saltair spa resort is a 1 minute drive and we are at the start of the famous Great Ocean Road. All the new shops have just opened in Torquay,so there is some great shopping and cafes to do.

Rudacha Villa is a self contained private villa. (Not an inhouse set up) The external walls are grey corigated iron and inside is clean lined white walls with soft warm Black butt flooring, with sleepy hollow lime green reading chairs and a snoozy lounge. The large windows and double sliding doors provide plenty of fresh air and lovely sun rises,looking over your private deck with BBQ.
