Situated in a quiet residential street within casual walking distance to shops -1.5km beaches-1km and parklands this luxuriously appointed townhouse is perfect for a holiday, short getaway or corporate stay.
The house sleeps up to five people in two double bedrooms and a fifth single bed in a study alcove. Quality linen is provided. Extra Single bed mattress for us on floor if required.
Open plan, split level living, dining and kitchen areas are all wonderfully bathed in natural light with views into the private north facing courtyard.
The kitchen is fully equipped with double hotplates, microwave/ convection oven and bar fridge/ freezer. All crockery, utensils and cooking equipment is provided. Complimentary tea and coffee is provided.
A separate laundry contains trough and washing machine.
The bathroom is minimalist in design with quality fittings and fixtures a feature throughout. The bathroom has separate bath and shower with toilet.

We had such a great girls weekend away. The little touches like great hot chocolate, super comfy beds, funky decor, ample towels, teatowels, quality fittings, chocolates, DVDs, music CDS, etc,made such a difference.
The attention to detail really distinguishes the place from other holiday rentals and we enjoyed it so much. Thankyou and we will definately be recommending it.
