Holiday house

This family home features ocean views, 5 bedrooms (WIR in 3 bedrooms), 2 bathrooms, large open plan kitchen/dining/living area (with stainless steel appliances and granite bench tops), spacious lounge/rumpus room upstairs opening onto decking area with dual access, polished timber floors, ducted gas heating, paved outdoor entertaining area and large double garage.

The large property is fully fenced, and is in close proximity to the Deep Creek reserve which provides a walking trail to the beach.

We welcome families with well behaved pets (please confirm pets at the time of booking).

Whilst smoking indoors is not permitted, you are welcome to smoke outside.

Bed linen can be provided by arrangement (small fee may apply). Towels are typically brought by the guest (although can be negotiated separately if required).

Maximum of 6 adults (more adults would be considered on a case by case basis). We have a strict rule that all guests are at least 25 years old (unless children accompanied by their parents). Bookings will be cancelled and/or deposit/bond forfeited if this requirement is breached, particularly if non-genuine details are provided when booking.

A deposit is required to secure the booking.

A bond may apply (quickly refunded once property is confirmed as in good order following visitation and no breaches of conditions).
