Downstairs features living room complete with LCD TV and DVD, gas log fire, outdoor deck area overlooking the 9th Tee, 2 bedrooms (2 x Queen Beds), bathroom, kitchenette and a fenced back yard.

Upstairs, a second family room with yet another large Plasma TVand DVD, gas log fire, Master bedroom with Queen bed and ensuite.The 4th bedroom has 2 single beds that can be zipped together to make a king size.nd a 42" plasma TV, DVD and children's play area. There is a large kitchen with bi-fold windows opening onto the large deck and BBQ area. This large loungedining room opens up to huge BBQ deck with outdoor setting and spectacular golf course views.

The Sands is a private golf course therefore access to play is restricted to members and members guests. Please contact us should you wish to play golf. Manager introduction rates may be available conditions apply and subject to availablility.
