10 minute walk to the 1st Tee and the Sands Hotel with Restaurant and Tennis Courts. 10-15 minute walk to the beach.

4km from the town centre ensuring you can stay away from the hussel and bussel in your quiet resort.

Torquay town centre has everything you need. Great restaurants, cafes and bars. Supermarkets. Shops to hire watersports gear. Ice cream parlours and clothes shops

Many beaches catering for surfing, swimming, kite boarding, wind surfing, kayaking etc all within a short driving distance. Famous Bells Beach 15 minute drive away.

Pet friendly - dogs only - allowed inside. Closest beach is dog friendly.

House contains master bedroom with walk - in robe and on suite bathroom. 2 further Double bedrooms and another bathroom and separate toilet. Laundry room with washing machine, iron and ironing board and outdoor dryer.

Full kitchen with 5 hob burner, Large oven with rotisserie. Walk in pantry. Plenty of storage. Microwave, coffee machine, kettle, toaster, large fridge and freezer. All plates, cutlery, glasses etc provided. Air con and ducted heating. Wireless internet on request.

Outdoor patio area with gas BBQ leading around the house to small grassed back yard.

Large dinning table (10ft) with chairs to fit 12 - 14.
