'Kiah' Hilltop Retreat is high on a hillside on it's own 25 acres. The name 'Kiah' is aboriginal for 'beautiful place'. The property is home to wallabies and wild deer and is perfect for a peaceful getaway.This 2 storey country house has 3 bedrooms & 2 bathrooms ( 1 on the lower level), a comfortable loungeroom, a dining table to sit 6, and a small verandah to take in the views. Centrally located only minutes to major shopping centres & restaurants, Toowoomba Showgrounds, racecourse and "Eustondale" Golf Course are also very close by. Turning and parking area for horse floats is located just inside the main gate adjacent to fenced and watered paddocks. This property is perfect for out of town visitors to showground or racing events in particular. Also great to accommodate the whole family in comfort.

'Kiah' is located minutes from the Toowoomba Showgrounds,Clifford Park Race Course, Eustondale Golf Course, and Clifford gardens Shopping Centre.
