Holiday house

loacted on the western side of Toowoomba the house is opposite the Cotswold motor inn , which we also own , this gives you the unique oppotunity to use the motel facilities as well , eg swimminng pool & restaurant .

the house has 3 bedrooms and sleeps 6 , there are 2 lounge areas each with a 42 in plasma Tv and and there is a blue ray DVD player and stereo .
There is a 2 way bathroom off the main bedroom and thee is a reverscyle air conditioned located in the main lounge area .
The house also features a doudle garage attached to the house and covered BBQ area out the back

The house is located directly across from the local IGA shopping center with 10 specialty shops and a service station , everythin is at your finger tips.

This house is ideal for families , trades persons , corprate travellers etc

This house will not disapoint and is well worth checking out , if is not avaliable we also own Kimmins house , another quality property also found on this web site
