Cottage, Holiday house

Camellia Cottage has been lovingly furnished, with everything you require for your stay. The main bedroom has a queen bed and the second bedroom has a double bed, with a private sitting room. Both beds have electric blankets and cosy flannelette sheets for winter and crisp cool sheets for the summer. Camellia Cottage is airconditioned. There is a well appointed kitchen, separate dining room, the lounge has a flat screen TV and the laundry has a full sized washer. Out the back there is a Hills Hoist to hang your washing on. We are a 2 minute drive to The Range Shopping Centre and a 5 minute drive to the CBD. Beautiful Picnic Point is 2 minutes away and we are 3 minutes from St Vincents Private Hospital and The Toowoomba Grammar School.
Toowoomba has two golf courses, and beautiful parks. NB: Pets at owners discretion. Current immunization certificate required, if accepted. Cost: $10 per night, per animal.
RESTRICTIONS:
Prices quoted are for 2 people, in one bedroom.
Extra bedroom: $30 per night.
Extra Adults: $30 per person per night.
Children:$30 per child per night.
The cottage is non smoking.

Locality

Situated not far from the top of the range and nestled in a quiet residential area of town. Camellia Cottage sits in a large garden & is well located with a shopping centre and antique shops just 2 minutes away. Picnic Point and private schools are also within a short drive of the cottage. St Vincents Private Hospital is just 2 minutes away and if you wish to explore the wineries on the Darling Downs, Camellia Cottage is well situated for this also.

Camellia Cottage is a great place to base yourself for a stay to see Autumn in Toowoomba. Enjoy our lovely city as the leaves turn into all the beautiful colours of autumn.
