Holiday house

Welcome to Villa on Russell. Our brick veneer home has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and is well suited to families. We have been busily improving our home for your comfort by recently installing a central air conditioner and heater, ripping out all the carpets and installing floorboards.

Take a look at the new photos of the family/meals area, lounge room and bedrooms.

Villa on Russell is the perfect place to unwind and relax at the Mornington Peninsula. We are located between Rye and Rosebud only 600 metres from the bay beach and away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. Take a stroll or bike ride on the paths alongside the beach. Golfing is close by whether it be mini golf, the driving range or one of the many local golf courses, why not spend some time improving that handicap. Otherwise if total relaxation is your wish, don't forget to go to Peninsula Springs that is only minutes away.

Brand new HD 42" Plasma TV installed in the family/meals area with a DVD player for your enjoyment. Bring your own Playstation, XBOX or Wii as the connections are easily accessible. In the lounge room we have a 32" LCD TV with DVD player. We have provided a range of DVDs, CD's, books and games if you just want to stay home.

The house is situated on a large block with a large driveway. You can even bring the boat as the Tootgarook boat ramp is only a few minutes away.

The entertaining area is undercover with a gas BBQ and a large Dining setting. Sit and relax while the children play undercover or enjoy a glass of wine.

A complimentary bottle of wine is provided on arrival.
