SUMMER SCHOOL HOLIDAY AVAILABILITY...

$150 per night for Jan 22 to Jan 28 for a 6 night stay. This is a 40% discount and is cheaper than our off peak rate!!!

Renovated two bedroom cottage set in a quiet street, located only moments from both bay and ocean beaches.

Fully furnished, timber floors, plantation shutters throughout, well appointed kitchen, two living areas, large LCD flat screen TV, DVD player, iPod docking station, romantic gas log fireplace, reverse cycle A/C, luxurious modern bathroom, laundry with washer and dryer, front and rear enclosed gardens both with entertaining decks, shade sail, BBQ, outdoor furniture and off street parking for 2-3 cars.

We have kept it simple!

PEAK (Dec 24 - Jan 31)...7 night minimum (based on 4 adults)

OFF PEAK (Feb 1 - Dec 23)...2 night minimum (based on 4 adults)

LINEN

Doonas, pillows and mattress protectors are provided. Please bring top and bottom sheets, pillowcases and bath, beach & tea towels.

If you prefer full linen for all beds and towels for kitchen, bathroom and beach activities can be provided for an additional fee of $75 per booking.

ADDITIONAL CHARGES

A fully refundable security deposit of $500 will apply to all bookings.
