Outdoors under cover eating area with Barbecue, large dining setting. Music wired to entertaining area.

Large Dining room, plus separate casual eating area. (seating for 16 people)

Fully Fenced in ground swimming pool and spa area. Also includes Sauna.

Fully fenced front and back gardens, swing equipment for the children.
Bed Bath
Front Beach Retreat comfortably sleeps 16 guests over 7 bedrooms. Bedrooms are in the following layout:
Ground Floor:
2 bedrooms with Queen size beds. (Main with ensuite)
Bungalow with 1 Queen and 1 single bed (Ensuite)
Upstairs:
2 bedrooms with 2 single beds in each room
1 bedroom with a single and a trundle bed
1 bedroom with a double bed and single bunk over the top.
Central bathroom.
Other
Parking (carport) for up to 6 cars. Further parking on street if required. (Boat may also be parked in front garden). Double lock up front gates. Fully fitted laundry with washer, dryer, ironing board etc.
