Holiday house

A short walk across the road to 20 miles of beautiful white sandy beach. This very modern highset home has two large bedrooms with two bathrooms. The huge deck at the front of the house provides ocean glimpses of the beach. Kick back on the deck and enjoy the use of the gas BBQ and outdoor dining setting. Don't forget your fishing rod as beach fishing is excellent in this area. The double lock up garage will easily accomodate your car and boat which can be launched at the double all-tide Toogoom boat ramp nearby. Crabbing and fishing are popular, or just beach-combing for a huge variety of shells. Keep an eye out for dugongs, turtles, and whales from July through October. Cleaning is included in the tarriff.

Locality

Toogoom is a tiny seaside community 15 minutes from the city of Hervey Bay. Toogoom is the perfect spot to indulge in a week of relaxing by the water.

This picturesque area boasts unspoilt beaches, great fishing, wildlife, bird watching, tea gardens and a waterfront restaurant.

It is a very popular spot for fishing and there are always some excellent mudcrabs found in the creek. As well as being a great place to take the family for a swim, Toogoom is a wonderful area for many active water sports like sailing and sailboarding.

There are some ideal spots to come for a picnic and whilst your in the town, visit the Toogoom Trading Post, an old-style general store that sells everything from petrol to bait or Goody's Seaside Inn, with indoor and outdoor eating areas to savour the ocean views.
