All rooms have water views and outdoor furniture allows verandah living overlooking the ocean. Watch the children play on the private lawn off the verandah or on the beach. There's even an outdoor beach shower and fish cleaning sink. Whether you want to swim, sail, fish or walk the beach and collect shells or just relax this accommodation has it all.
Toogoom Beach faces north and all year round the sun shines. Enjoy strolling along the shore or playing the tidal pools at low tide or fish in the permanent channel at the boat ranp 5 mins walk away. Watch the sea eagles and the kites catch their dinner in the tidal pools and as the sun goes down enjoy that sunset drink from the verandah, as the birds go to sleep and peace decends on sleepy Tooogoom. The village has 2 restaurants, a boat ramp, fuel, a general store and take-a-ways at the "Salty Squid".

The two level home has 3 bedrooms 2 up and 1 down with all living areas including lounge, dining, family kitchen and verandahs on the lower level. The house is equiped with a modern kitchen including dishwasher, microwave, wall oven and cooktop. The living area has a TV, DVD and CD player. Dine in the house or on the back verandah facing the ocean in comfort. The main bedroom on the lower level has a queen bed. The second bedroom has a double bed and single bed. The third bedroom has 3 single beds. All rooms are large and comfortable. All bedrooms have built-in robes and ceiling fans. The family room also has a ceiling fan. The house is fully fly screened. The carport will acommodate 2 cars or a boat Smoking is not permitted in the house and pets are not allowed.
