Holiday house

A little piece of paradise perfectly located. This private hideaway offers a great holiday with direct access to the ocean only metres from your back veranda.The perfect place to unwind and rejuvinate.
This picturesque fishing village offers kilometres of unspoilt beachfront.
Sometimes all you want is a quiet beach away from all the crowds. Here the laid back village atmosphere mingles with the sea air, and together they can dissolve every modern stress and tension.
The spacious interior spreads over 3 levels and boasts extensive sea views from all living areas. Soaring cathedral ceilings give a spacious feeling and the french doors that open wide to the natural air conditioning of the cool sea breezes, bring the outdoors indoors. The winter weather is usually perfect with warm sunny days,and endless blue skies.
These waters are known well for great fishing ,incl flat head and whiting ( virtually right out your back door ) and very safe swimming.
The beautiful sunrise and sunsets over the water are absolutely spectacular and a memorable experience.
For the leisurely ..Stroll along soft, sandy beaches, collect fascinating shells, or just laze on the sunlounger , reading a good book perhaps ,under the gazebo on the deck enjoying the sea breezes and stunning views. At night the gazebo is a fairyland of lights , perfect to enjoy the balmy nights. For the more active try windsurfing , boating, fishing and canoeing .
The boat ramp is a 5 minute drive away.

Locality

Hervey Bay has a population of approx 50,000 people, and has all the facilities you would expect to find in a city of this size, including fabulous restaurants, shopping, golf courses and cinemas.
Many tourists visit this area to enjoy the beautiful climate and the many attractions on offer, including world famous whale watching trips fr August-November.See whales underwater as well as from the 5 levels of viewing deck aboard a whale watching tour with 'Spirit of Hervey Bay'-the only vessel in the world with underwater viewing rooms.
This aquatic playground is also ideally suited for watersports and boating and is a renowned fishing area. Add to this - 40km of pristine beaches, new shopping complexes and marinas , charters for cruising,diving or fishing trips and a ferry terminal providing access for passengers and vehicles to Fraser Island.
Schools of dolphin are plentiful and can be sited regularly either from shore or boat. Hervey Bay is just a 3 hour scenic drive north from Brisbane. Both Virgin and Jetstar airlines also offer inexpensive flights from most States in Australia

In response to your many requests ,your beloved pets are now welcome * There is a very large fully fenced area for your pet, with plenty of shade if required, and a beach where they can run for miles vitually at the back door . A perfect holiday place to relax,unwind, rejuvinate, and return time and time again .
*Conditions apply ...please advise when enquiring if you wish to bring a dog and confirm that you can bring linen (unless from interstate or overseas)

Pets are allowed inside on the downstairs area and only on the uncarpeted area. This is most of the downstairs floor as there a 3 levels. No pets are allowed on beds or furniture. A fully fenced secure area is provided outside with plenty of shade.
The beach is virtually on your doorstep ..it is a leash free area and very dog friendly
