Guests will need to supply consumables (tea & coffee, food,toiletries, etc) and usually will need to supply their own linen (sheets and towels etc) Pillows, doonas and tea towels are provided.All beds have mattress and pillow protectors. Linen hire if required, will be available at an extra cost of $35.00 for up to 5 guests and $10 surcharge for additional guests

The main bedroom upstairs adjacent to the 2way bathroom,(shower bath, toilet ) has a Queen-size bed, air-conditioner,ceiling fan, balcony and water views. There is also a Queen size and single bed in the second bedroom and ceiling fan & tv, and a double bunk in the third smaller bedroom.Downstairs is another Queen-size and single bed with a shower and toilet adjacent.There is also a brand new portacot manufactured to Australian safety standards for babies/infants up to 13kg.
