From this elevated spot you look through tall native gums to the ocean and islands beyond. Enjoy the wonderful variety of birdlife from this superb pole house that comfortably sleeps 6. Its light, airy and vibrant interior is guaranteed to brighten your day with open plan living areas and sea views from every bedroom. There is a large entertaining deck with outdoor setting and barbecue.

The master bedroom upstairs has a queen bed, ensuite and a cosy sitting room. Downstairs there are two bedrooms each with 2 single beds and the main bathroom. The fully equipped kitchen sits between the sun room, dining and lounge rooms.
There is nothing to bring except linen, towels and food. Doonas, pillows and blankets are provided.

Three beautiful beaches in Tomakin are an easy 15 minutes walk from the house, as are the Tomago River and boat ramp, the Tomakin Sports Club and the best coffee on the coast at the local store and cafe. Tomakin is 15 minutes by car midway between Batemans Bay and Moruya and just 5 minutes to Broulee, Mogo, Rosedale and Mossy Point.

This property is suitable for families although not recommended for very young children. Also very suitable for executives seeking short term stays.

Unfortunately pets are not allowed and smoking is not permitted indoors.
