Cottage, Holiday house

Togg's, this freshly renovated fifties beach bungalow, is a relaxing and comfortable base from which to explore the beautiful cape to cape region.

The self contained cottage is fully equipped with fridge, dishwasher, TV, DVD, microwave and laundry facilities. There is a reverse cycle airconditioning system in the main open plan living area and the modern kitchen is equipped with top quality european appliances.

The private courtyard is comfortably appointed for relaxation and rejuvination, including a BBQ for those balmy alfresco summer nights.

A selection of various board games, magazines, books, DVDs and CDs are provided for your use.
We have a highchair and toys for children.

The walk and cycle tracks are extensive throughout Busselton and pass 200 meteres from Togg's so bring your bicyles!

Sorry, we don't cater for Leavers.

Busselton is the gateway to the Busselton-Margaret River Wine region with world class attractions within half an hours drive.

Locality

Toggs is 2 blocks back from the beach and 2 blocks back from the centre of town.

Arriving at Toggs is easy. As you enter Busselton turn left into Bussell Highway at the traffic lights and then right into High St, just past Retravision. Toggs is number 39, on the right hand side of the street, 3/4 way down.

Toggs is close to public transport and 200 metres from the walk and cycle paths.

Property

A $250.00 fully refundable bond is required for each accommodation booking.

Our cancellation policy is that the first nights accommodation will be charged if a booking is cancelled less than 14 days prior to arrival, if the cottage cannot be re-booked, plus any commissions payable to Take A Break. For peak periods bookings cancelled less than one month prior to arrival will be also be charged a $100 administration fee, plus any commissions payable from Take A Break.

Sorry but in respect to our neighbours we do not accept bookings for 6 adults or Leavers.

We do not accept bookings more than 12 months in advance.

School holidays and Long Weekends $170.00 per night.
All other times $150.00 per night.

Easter and Christmas period 5 night minimum.

Prices based on 4 people.
Additional adults $25.00 per night.
Additional children $15.00 per night.

A bond of $250.00 is required for each booking. This is refunded within 7 days of departure and only claimed against in the case of malicious damage to the cottage.
