Quarterdeck Waterfront Holiday Home

Unique innovatively designed old style home featuring three spacious open plan living areas, providing perfect separation for the whole family. Featuring 4 bedrooms and two bathrooms on three levels. The Gourmet chef kitchen features a fridgefreezer, microwave, electric stove, dishwasher and all cooking utensils are supplied. The loungeroom has a TV, DVDVCR, 1x5 and 2x1 seater lounges, a ceiling fan and AC. The family room has a table tennis table and a ceiling fan. Bedroom 1 has a queen bed, a ceiling fan and an ensuite with a shower and seperate toilet. Bedroom 2 has a double bed and a ceiling fan. Bedroom 3 and 4 both have 2x single beds and ceiling fans.The downstairs bathroom has a shower, bath and a seperate toilet. The laundry has a top loading washing machine and a wall mounted dryer. The extensive decked verandah has incredible water views with an outdoor setting for 9 people and a sunlounge, making this property the ideal holiday home. Plenty of parking plus a single garage and a BBQ. A must to stay!
No smoking is permitted in the property and whilst pillows and blanketsquilts are supplied, you must supply all your own towels and linen. Linen hire available through Rainbow Linen Services on 5488 0100
