Located near Crab Creek, you have the water and a beautiful walking track on your doorstep. Take a stroll and relax with a coffee at the Beach House Cafe. This 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom home offers a beautiful and safe place for the whole family to enjoy a holiday. The kitchen contains a fridgefreezer, microwave, electric stove, stereo and all cooking utensils are supplied. The loungeroom contains a TV, DVD, 1x2 and 1x1 seater lounges, an ottoman, ceiling fan and AC. The family room contains a bar with mini fridge, stereo, 2x1 and 1x2 seater lounges and a table and chairs for 4 people. Bedroom 1 has a queen bed, a pedestal fan and an ensuite with shower and toilet. Bedroom 2 has a queen bed, and a ceiling fan. Bedroom 3 has 2 single beds and a ceiling fan. The bathroom has a shower and toilet and the laundry has a top loading washing machine. The covered outdoor entertainment area has an outdoor setting to seat 4 people.
No smoking is permitted in the house and whilst pillows and blanketsquilts are supplied you must supply your own towels and linen. Linen hire is available from Rainbow Linen Services on 5488 0100.
