Beautiful Modern Home - Pets OK

Enjoy your next holiday in this neat, tidy and modern family home in Tin Can Bay. Situated in a quiet street near Crab Creek, this is the perfect spot for the family to relax. A short walk to the water and the Beach House Cafe, where you can relax with a coffee and enjow the water views. Only a short drive or push bike ride to the shops. A porta cot and a high chair are supplied for convenience. The kitchen contains a fridgefreezer, microwave, stove, a dishwasher, stereo and a ceiling fan. The lounge room contains a TV, VCR, DVD, 1x3, 1x2 and 1x1 seater lounges and a ceiling fan. Bedroom 1 has a double bed, ceiling fan and an ensuite with shower and toilet. Bedroom 2 has a double bed and a ceiling fan. Bedroom 3 has 2x single beds and a ceiling fan. The bathroom has a shower, bath and toilet. The laundry has a top loading washing machine and a dryer. The property is fully fenced, has a BBQ and an outdoor setting and there is a lockable double garage for the car and boat.
OUTSIDE PETS ONLY are allowed. An extra charge of $80 is applicable if you bring your pet, this is for payment for a flea treatment which will be completed after your departure.
No smoking is permitted in the property and whilst pillows and blanketsquilts are supplied you must supply your own towels and linen. Linen hire is available from Rainbow Linen Services on 5488 0100.
