Farm stays

Located on 350 pristine acres with 2.5 kilometres frontage to Little Thredbo River (this is our boundary with the Kosciusko National Park). We have a tennis court, swimming pool and spa. We also have a basket ball key, badminton nets, a bush golf course (that we frequently share with the kangaroos).

This is a privately owned lodge with a full time on site manager that is normally only available to members and their guests. For a trial period IN SUMMER ONLY we are offering our amazing lodge on its pristine 350 acres for overseas guests and fellow Australians to experience.

Our newly built Snowgums Lofts have great views up to the main range. The main room has a king bed, desk & WI FI computer access. A bathroom with shower, toilet and basin. Up the stairs in the loft are 2 single beds.

The lodge offers warmth and comfort in the cooler months and light and air in summer, offers easy access to the natural wonders of the Kosciusko National Park.

Guests are offered the full amenity of the Lodge including a fully equipped kitchen, BBQ, dining room, family area, and a spacious lounge room with fireplace, deck and uninterrupted mountain views.

Your booking will include use of the private lodge facilities including a pool, spa and sauna, tennis court, a golf fairway, a games room for the children, private bike and walking trails, and private access to the Little Thredbo River.

All bookings are self-catering.

There is an onsite manager who manages the day to day running of the Lodge but does not provide any guest services.

Leave the harsh bitumen of daily life behind as you explore some of the 350 ha of bushland surrounding the lodge. Summer trout hide in the deep banks of the Little Thredbo River as it winds its way across the flats in front of the lodge. Delicate alpine wildflowers bud and bloom along the walking tracks. Get close to browsing kangaroos, wombats and emus in this wildlife barrier between suburbia and the Kosciusko National Park.
