The Lantern is only 2-3 minutes walk from most shops and restaurants and 5 minutes from nearest Chairlift. With 35 fully self contained apartments ranging from 1 bedroom through to 3 bedrooms there is plenty of choice to suit all size groups. From the seclusion and privacy of a top floor 1 bedroom, to the spectacular outdoor entertaining possibilities on the "Terrace Level", we can cater for a romantic weekend escape, a family holiday, an action packed mountain holiday, a small conference or even a wedding.

In Summers, being only 7km from the Summit of Mt Kosciuszko, Australia's Highest Mountain, Thredbo is the perfect place for a Summer hiking holiday.

It is also Australias leading donwhill mountain biking venue.
