"Location, location, location! We loved where we were. We had both the beach as easy access as well as easy walking in to town. Also, we were still in a location that was frequented by many of the amazing birds of Australia.

The house itself was very nice and well laid out. The backyard garden was wonderful and the rooms worked out well. The only problem was that sounds carried through the house and with two small children and other family members, we often had to leave the house to avoid waking others."
