*3 bedrooms Queen (upstairs), double, 1 single + 2 camp beds (downstairs) (sleeps 7-9)
*Sofa bed in lounge room upstairs
*Quilts and Pillows provided, BYO own linen and towels
*2 bathrooms
*Kitchen with microwave and large 23 fridge13 freezer
*TV with DVD in the lounge area plus TV in main bedroom
*RC Air conditioning upstairs (Split) (to be installed by end of Nov 09)
*Sunroom with sea views
*Front and rear decks
*Outdoor dining area paved rear verandah
*Carport with plenty of off street parking with room for boat
*Beach is 2 minute walk across road
*Please note: the hot water system is solar operated, when night or overcast the hot water may take longer to heat.
