* No guest is to be an annoyance to adjoining occupants.
* Full bed & bath linen required for each person - BYO or hired.
* Children welcome but must be supervised at all times.
* Booking includes ONE CAR SPACE directly in front of cabin
* Cabin is NO SMOKING - however, outside table / chairs/ ashtray provided in pleasant leafy surrounds with 4 burner gas BBQ.

The Sunset Cabin is a bright, cosy, clean & fresh 2 BEDROOM Lakeside Cabin that has beautiful tree framed lake views.
It provides COOL RELIEF from humid summer heat with its remote controlled split system REV/CYCLE AIRCONDITIONER. The same aircon keeps the cabin WARM & COSY in winter time. Parking is right at your front doorstep.

It is a TRUE SELF CATER cabin with Full Size STOVE/OVEN Cutlery Crockery Pots Pans MICROWAVE Coffee Plunger + Stove Espresso. 68CM WIDESCREEN LCD TV with DVD PLAYER and 40 POPULAR DVDs - also plays CDs.

Modern 2 dr Fridge/ Freezer and Microwave Oven. Lounge + COMFY JASON RECLINER Extend. dining table + chairs with handy 3 stool breakfast bar along the kitchen wall.

SLEEPING CONFIG. FOR 4 PERSONS:

with dual control electric blanket
BEDRM 2: Two x Single beds (not bunks)
each with elect. blanket.

It enjoys a water view across the broad expanse of beautiful Tuggerah Lake. 2 min drive to our delightful award-winning and seasonally patrolled Toowoon Bay Beach

Whilst there is No Smoking inside the cabin, there is an outside cafe-style table & chairs setting in pleasant leafy surrounds marked "Smoking Area" - next to the BBQ.

NB - THERE ARE NO ADDITIONAL CLEANING FEES OR EXTRA BOND MONIES. However, we do reserve the right to
a) require a variable bond for adults under
25 y.o. or whenever deemed
necessary by the onsite manager, &
b) charge for breakages at cost.

WHALE WATCHERS!! We are only about 10mins away from the premier "crows nest" of whale watching spots, namely the one and only CRACKNECK LOOKOUT. The NSW National Parks & Wildlife guides do weekend group watching on the July weekends. Very enjoyable - Aaargh! Thar she blows!!!!.

* Cancellation Policy: We give 75%* return credit for a Cancellation Notice Period of 30 days before arrival time.
* 50%* return credit given for a 14-30 day Cancellation Notice Period.
* Nil return credit given for less than 14 days Cancellation Notice Period or where for any reason stay is cut short.
