Holiday unit, Self-contained apartment


This unit is well presented, recently refurbished with modern furniture and appliances,located on the 6th floor and has a large balcony so you can enjoy the views. This unit features bedding for 6-7 people, lounge and dining rooms have two ceiling fans, 2 x Televisions and 2x VHS and 1 DVD player, outdoor setting, dishwasher, micro,separate laundry with dryer, ensuite and bathroom. All windows and sliding doors have been fitted with screens. The St Tropez building is a popular spot for families because of its pool and spa and half size tennis court available for use at any time, and its close proximity to the beach,lake, shops and park. Also provides security parking.

Main Bedroom: Queen bed, BIR and ensuite
Second Bedroom:Bunk Beds with single on top and double on bottom,BIR, also access to main bathroom.

The Entrance is located approximatley 90 minutes north of Sydney and 30 minutes South of Newcastle. Take the Wyong/ Tuggerah exit from the F3 onto Cobbs Road proceed past Westfields Shopping Centre. Follow the signs to The Entrance along Wyong Road to The Entrance then turn left and continue for 4 kms. Turn right into Dening Street at the traffic lights at Coles Lakeside Shopping Centre and Proceed 100 mtrs to St Tropez at the corner.
