This Modern 2 bedroom unit has everything you'll need for a great home away from home.

It's brand new Kitchen features, Dishwasher, Microwave, Fridge, Kettle, Toaster, Gas Stove & Oven Blender, Coffee Maker, Tea towels plus all your crockery, cutlery and extras.

Your internal Laundry includes Washer, Clothes Dryer, Iron & Ironing board, vacuum and brooms.

It's Open Plan Living Room has a TV, DVD player, CD player, a 5 seater Lounge, and Dining Table for 6 people.
Plus games, books, and movies for your enjoyment.
It has a large balcony off the living room, with BBQ and outdoor setting for 6, very safe for kids as it's on the ground floor.

The main Bedroom has a Queen size bed with bedside tables and an ensuite bathroom. The Second room has two sets of double Bunks, it also has a port-a-cot for infants available if needed.

It is an ideal place to getaway and still have all the comforts of home, while being so close to all that The Entrance has to offer.

Locality

The Entrance is a very popular family friendly holiday spot. There is often activities and attractions going on at the waterfront as well as a market 2 Saturdays a month. There is pelican feeding down at the beach daily at
3-30pm. Plus being close to everything the Central Coast has to offer.

Property

The property is a new security block. It has a deck on the roof with 360degree views of the lake, the beach and The Entrance itself, great for a lazy evening. The Unit has all new furniture including all linen, Internal laundry, plus security undercover parking.
