Holiday house, Farm stays

Glenning Valley Holiday letting is close to local clubs, restaurants and shopping centres (5-10 mins), which makes this a most central location. We are only minutes to Shelly Beach and Tuggerah Lakes where you can take a scenic walk.

Our house is well appointed with luxury linen, King Bed in Main, Double Bed Bunk and Single King Bed in 2nd bedroom. Large gourmet kitchen fully equipped with all cooking facilities. Large enclosed patio with scenic bush and filtered water views of Tuggerah lakes. Glenning Valley Holiday is situated on a rural property on 3 acres; the accommodation is self-contained separate residence adjoined to main house on property. The house is private with its own aspect and secluded views of valley. Enjoy the Bell Birds and local flora and fauna.

Ideal for family or a weekend getaway for two, unfortunately children under 5 can not be catered for as well as pets.

Therefore each person over the quantity of 4 is charge a surcharge of $25.00 per person per night.

All amenities are contained within the Holiday house; a complementary starter pack will be provided, i.e Toilet Paper, Dish Washing consumables, etc

Therefore bring your food, toiletries, and your beach towels to enjoy a fully self-contained accommodation experience.

Note; No cleaning charge applied as this is absorbed into tariff.
