New waterfront self contained 7sq Luxury Apartment, is of modern design and stunning decor with open living at ground level.Offers a romantic location ideal for couples;the bedroom has a Queen size bed,also there is a single bed facilty privatly located.The living area looks out onto a private courtyard garden with waterfront views. It is complemented with a stylish Natuzzi leather lounge suite for you to sink into and enjoy all the comforts provided.The kitchen is well appointed with all appliances and fully equipped; a reverse cycle airconditioner controls temperature.The large bathroom is fitted out superbly; with large separate shower, stylish pedistal basin and a spa bath. Separate equipped laundry provided.

Locality

Well positioned just a short walk along the waters edge to the San Remo jetty,cafes,restaurants and retail area.Every morning at 11-30am watch the pelicans being fed at the jetty and view the fishing boats.

San Remo is situated on a peninsula and is the gateway to Phillip Island where the bridge crosses.Surrounded by water,with a back beach and town beach.The new Bass Coast International Golf Course 2 mins drive away, near completion.A short drive will take you to the pristine beaches of Phillip Island and attractions of Cowes,Seal Rocks,Nobbies,Penguin Parade,Race Track,Golf Courses and Koala Park, all only 10 min drive away.
