The COTTAGE is Centrally Situated in a Perfectly / Pretty / Peaceful Location within only a Stone's Throw to the River, 2 minutes to Goolwa's Beautiful Surf Beach and an Enjoyable 5 minute Stroll along The Wooden Board Walk to The Historic Wharf,The Cockle Train, The Sunday Markets & The Main Street for Shops, Cafes, Bakeries, Galleries & Pubs.

In Winter there is Warm Cosy Heating & Spare Blankets to cuddle up with at night & in Summer after a days fun in the sun, the cottage fills with Cool Comfortable Air-conditioning while you're relaxing in front of the TV Watching one of the Video/ DVD's you have selected from our library also there are Playing Cards & Board Games for you to enjoy.
You can see the 'River' from the front yard which is surrounded by a pretty garden & the backyard is lawned & paved with an outdoor setting, Market Umbrella & 4 Burner Gas BBQ.
The lawned double driveway can easily cater for a Boat. There is a lovely, Little Jetty at the end of the street with 24 hour mooring & of course Great Fishing!!!
