This modern unit accommodates up to 7 people - 1 King bed, 1 tri-bunk & 1 double sofa bed, ensuite to main bedroom plus the main bathroom has a spa bath. The floors are heated throughout for those winter months and the unit has reverse cycle air conditioning to keep cool in the heat of summer. The newly renovated kitchen boasts granite bench tops & stainless steel appliances. The living area opens out onto the large tiled balcony with fantastic ocean views. Enjoy a BBQ or drinks with friends on the deck while lapping up the gorgeous Terrigal Sunshine or swim in the pool...whatever your heart desires! Terraces on Sea 4 is located only 100 metres from the heart of Terrigal - shops, cafes, restaurants and the Beach.

DIVE INTO HISTORY

Ex - HMAS ADELAIDE is planning to be sunk on 27 March 2010 depending on the weather conditions at that time. When the ship is towed out to be scuttled it will have no power or ability to move independently. It will also have many dive access holes cut in the hull above the water line.

Ex - HMAS ADELAIDE that participated in the Gulf War and East Timor will be sunk on a sand bank located approximately 1.4km south of the Skillion at Terrigal and 1.8km off Avoca Beach in around 32m of water.

This will be the only military wreck dive in NSW and it will also be the closest site to a major city, being only an hour's drive north of Sydney.

This new wreck dive site will be providing world class diving for all levels of ability. At its highest point the wreck will be only 10 metres below the surface, which will be suitable for novice divers and snorkelling. More experienced divers will be able to reach 30 metres below the surface for advanced level diving.

Locality

Terrigal is a seaside town which has a fashionable air with a huge selection of sidewalk cafes, boutiques. A Norfolk Island pine-lined esplanade which frames a wide beach and its rock pools.

The Skillion is the most prominent landmark of the region, with a steep cliff facing the ocean rising to a convenient lookout area, that is easily accessed by a flat grassy area leading up from the reserve. Most popular activities along the Terrigal stretch of coast are surfing, swimming, boating, waterskiing and fishing. Anglers regularly find flathead, snapper, and jewfish offshore, and flathead, blackfish and bream in the surf. Terrigal Beach is located at the southern end of 4kms of unbroken beach that extends north to Wamberal Point. Numerous beachfront cafes and restaurants have created an almost cosmopolitan environment around Terrigal Beach shops, that has become a popular social area just a few metres from the beach.
