Cottage

. This gorgeous 1908 colonial cottage had a complete make-over in 2010 and now boasts all modern comforts while retaining its original charm of pressed metal ceilings, lead light windows, timber lining boards, French doors and wrap around veranda. The cottage is furnished with a mix of the old, new, rustic and modern.

. There are 3 bedrooms. Bedrooms 1 and 2 have Queen beds and Bedroom 3 features matching antique King single and single beds. The main bedroom has a walk in robe, en suite shower room and reverse cycle air conditioning. A second shower room caters for additional guests.All bedrooms have ceiling fans.

. The lounge/dining room has a wood fire, comfy lounges, flat screen TV, DVD player and reverse cycle air conditioning.The dining area caters for 6.

. A lovely galley kitchen is fitted with gas cook top, under bench oven, microwave, dishwasher range hood and all the essentials for dining in.

. A fully equipped laundry with washing machine, clothes dryer and ironing facilities makes a longer stay easy.

. Off street undercover lock up parking is provided and an outdoor setting and BBQ ensures relaxed outdoor entertainment

. We are unable to cater for pets as the garden is unfenced. Annie's folly is a non-smoking house and caters for a maximum of 6 people. Children over 5 years of age welcome.

. There is an old tennis court available for those who feel energetic. Tennis racquets and balls available on request

. Continental breakfast provisions supplied including a variety of teas, coffees, juice, cereals, breads, home made jams, fruit biscuits etc.
