Bed & Breakfast, Farm stays

Dreamwood Estate rests just beyond the Sydney metropolitan area, home to adorable and award winning Border Collies, Golden Retrievers, and Alpacas. The five acre farm enjoys beautiful sunsets over tree lined paddocks and gardens in a quiet county setting.

Escape from the busy city to one of two self-contained bed and breakfast suites, The Cottage or the East Wing. Both suites include continental breakfast provisions, a private outdoor barbeque and indoor and outdoor seating areas. The Cottage sleeps four people, and includes a breakfast bar and fridge, while the East Wing sleeps four people in two bedrooms (Queen and Double/Twin share) and includes a fully equipped kitchen, allowing the option of a freshly cooked breakfast upon awakening. Coffee and tea are freely available in both suites, along with a selection of home-baked delicacies. In all cases, gluten-free dining is happily catered for. Each suite also includes an LCD television, DVD player, wireless internet connection, and a selection of books. The Cottage, and East Wing Queen bedroom and living rooms are air-conditioned and newly furnished, with every care taken to provide comfort and convenience during your stay.

Outdoors, you are able to enjoy the wide open spaces of the estate, breathe the fresh country air and savour the quiet rural setting. Take a stroll through the extensive farm during the nightly Alpaca Welfare Walk, bring a camera and sip your favourite drink and be calmed by the gentle humming of these fascinating animals.
Occasionally your visit may coincide with a litter of Border Collie or Golden Retriever puppies, who will be all too happy to enjoy your company.

Come and enjoy the tranquillity of a quiet country escape, with all the comfort and convenience of home.

What a lovely place to stay! Friendly, informative and welcoming hosts, great attention to detail, tasteful decor and spotlessly clean. Yummy breakfast, BBQ dinner pack and treats :-). Not to mention the adorable dogs and fascinating Alpacas. Both children and adults alike had a very enjoyable stay. We would not hesitate to recommend "Dreamwood" to potential guests.

Trains leave Clarence daily at 11:00am, 1:00pm and 3:00pm. (except Christmas Day)

A private BBQ setting is waiting to test your culinary skills - just select the number of BBQ seatings required when booking.

BBQ includes Scotch fillet steak, Gourmet sausages, Greek or Italian salad, creamy potato salad and choice of desserts.

Relax with a CD, or DVD viewed on the LCD TV - bring your X-box or PlayStation console and plug into the Internet connection.

The Cottage:
