Well appointed open plan two bedroom house with a large elevated hardwood timber deck - making the most of the fabulous views and providing for fantastic outdoor living. The views are equally as good from the comfort of the open plan living area or the master bedroom.

Situated on the door step of beautiful Kianninny Bay (150 metres) the property provides convenient access to:

Professional fishing and boating facilities;
Great walking tracks through Bournda National Park;
Superb south coast golf courses;
Whale Watching (May-Nov).

Kianinny Bay also provides supurb diving or swimming in a protected cove. The lawned area is a great spot for a picnic or utilise the free BBQ facilities.

Tathra's main beach, historical wharf, shops, bowling club and restaurants are all only a ten minute stroll away.

The property is fully fenced with kennel and is one of only a couple of properties in Tathra that welcome pets by negotiation. Tathra beach also allows pets.

We spent 2 great nights in the well equipped, clean cottage with all you require. Right near Kianniny Bay in Tathra with the sound of the ocean from your comfortable queen size bed. The owners gave easy directions to find the cottage & obtain the keys. It was a home away from home with everything you require for a peaceful holiday. Excellent. (Pauline)

The location, perched above Kianinny Bay, provides uninterrupted ocean views and easy access to what feel like your own private beach.

Take a dip, go for a walk or just enjoy listening to the waves rolling in.

You might even sight a whale or two.

Your pet will really love the beach chasing sticks or balls into the water.

Property

The hardwood deck overlooking the Pacific Ocean provides the ideal backdrop to enjoy a drink and take in the views. Fire up the BBQ and dine alfresco.

During the annual whale migration (May-Nov), you have the perfect vantage point to watch them on their journey either north or south. November is a particularly good time!!!

Beach

Close to Tathra Beach - 10 mins walk. Tathra Beach is very safe with surf club and flag area. The south end of the beach is protected from the main wave swell and very safe for kids.

Fantastic bush wallking within Bournda National Park to the south of property and also around coastal fringe near property. There is also a wildlife reserve within 5 minutes walk.

Portacot available, Plastic crockery and cutlery available for children, Games/videos for children under 5 available, Games/videos for children over 12 available, Games room, Fenced/safe outdoor play area.

Safety gate for stairs, high chair and stroller also provided. Small table and chairs also provided for toddlers or young children.

Property is very close to Kianniny Bay which has deep water launch facilities, fish cleaning facilities and fishing club. Excellent parking also available for your car while outside fishing.

Golf

Golf course located nearby.

There are several golf clubs in close proximity. Tathra Country Club is 11 holes with 18 playable from different tee positions. The course is imaculate with fantastic river vistas. Fabulouse layout and excellent greens!!

Pet friendly

Cats are permitted, Small dogs (less than 11 kg) are permitted, Medium dogs (11 kg to less than 34 kg) are permitted, Large dogs (34 kg or heavier) are permitted, Pets are permitted inside, Pets are permitted outside only, Secure, fully fenced running area, Bedding/sleeping area provided.

Smaller well trained dogs allowed inside with a bond. Entire property is well fenced with large kennel available.

Romantic getaway

The location is very romantic. Lovely to see wildlife from the back deck. Alfresco dining is also a must.
