Holiday house, Holiday apartment

The large comfortable lounge room has a pleasant outlook onto the park, with a children's playground just a few steps away. There is a TV, DVD/CD player with a wide range supplied, stocked bookcase, and a variety of board games.
Should you wish to eat in, the large kitchen with full size oven, frig/freezer, microwave and a range of electrical appliances plus all the necessary utensils is at your disposal.
There is secure backyard with undercover carport, lawns and shadehouse ideal for children.
The bathroom has bath, shower, and heated towel rails.
There is the added luxury of reticulated rainwater and also r/c air conditioning.

Locality

The prime location of this property makes it an ideal base for a short or an extended Barossa stay, just two minutes from main street. Opposite park.

Welcome provisions are provided including wine. Linen inc bathrobes, toiletries provided. Breakfast provisions can be supplied at cost.
No pets permitted.
