Holiday house

A unique location on Para Road, the same street where you'll find the iconic cellar doors of Peter Lehmann and Langmeil wineries. Set at the rear of a one acre block, a country feel, but walking distance to the main street and hotels.

Rustic on the outside, but modern on the inside with an open space loungediningkitchen area and a cosy seperate bedroom and bathroom. The cottage is hidden from the road so it's like a world away amid the privacy of towering gums. There is a small cottage garden and outdoor barbecue area for guests to enjoy. Well equipped with ovencook-topmicrowavefridge, tea and coffee making facilities, flat screen TVDVD and a library of DVDs and books to curl up with if staying "in". Linen provided, RC air conditioning and electric blankets in winter.

There's lots within walking distance - five wineries including Langmeil, Peter Lehmann, Richmond Grove, Stanley Lambert and Simpatico. Walk to the shop to get your morning paper or to the end of the street to the Weintal Hotel. Walk to the Motor Lodge, Junction Resort, Weintal or the Tanunda Bakery for breakfast or self-cater. Book a hot air balloon trip, uncover local history, walk the vineyard trail of explore the wider Barossa Valley. It's a great little cottage to come home to!

Ideal for a couple's retreat, holiday with a friend, "time out" frrom city living, corporate visit or school holiday break (children welcome).
