Very spacious and clean rooms with comfortable beds to ensure a a good nights sleep. All units have reverse cycle air-conditioning, electric blankets for those chilly nights, tea/coffee making facilities, toaster and bar fridge.
Our Executive room has a pet enclosure off the back of it which is fully enclosed and fully undercover (please note we don't permit pets in any of our rooms due to health regulations).
We can cater for groups of up to 60 people as we have a wide selection of Standard, Family and Executive rooms all with Free Austar.
Our licensed Restaurant 999 has just been fully renovated and tastefully decorated with delicious food prepared by our award winning chef to tempt all taste buds and our menu changes seasonally.
Looking for a country wedding where you can have it all in one place? We have a garden gazebo where you can have your wedding ceremony, your wedding reception can be held in our Restaurant 999, your guests can stay and why not finish it off with a farewell buffet breakfast.
We also have a guest laundry, BBQ, paddock to accommodate horses and other large animals with large grounds for coach, truck and float parking. There is a Produce Store conveniently located right next door for all your animal requirements.
We have a games room which can also be used for a small conference or activity groups like bridge clubs, floral art groups, embroidery groups etc.
Our swimming pool can be used for a refreshing swim or a fun game of pool volleyball.

Locality

Very conveniently located on the New England Highway (Armidale Road) just a short drive north of Tamworth in a village called Nemingha.
Close enough to enjoy the site seeing Tamworth has to offer and far enough to come back to a peaceful surrounds.
There's lots to see and do around Tamworth like wine tasting, visiting a woollen mill and gold mine, fishing, horseriding and of course the famous Golden Guitar.
We have plenty of information available at reception including a free map of the whole area.
