Holiday house

Eagle's Vista is located in Eagle Heights on the edge of Tamborine Mountain. Relax and unwind on the huge rear decks with panoramic views of the pacific coastline. The decks are especially suited to relaxing and enjoying the views over forests and east to the pacific ocean. Sun and moon rises are spectacular as are the dawn and dusk transitions. Their unique revelations of scenery and lights make the experience unforgettable.
The property is set on 3 acres of terraced native gardens that attract a variety of birds and mountain wildlife. You will enjoy the peaceful quiet of Eagle's Vista with only the sounds of nature providing your background "music".

Locality

Eagle's Vista is close to all of the attractions that make Tamborine Mountain such a special holiday destination. Gallery Walk, with it's cafes, art and craft galleries, restaurants, micro breweries and cheese factory, is only a kilometre away. Hang gliding viewing areas, wineries and the recently opened Tamborine Mtn Skywalk are also only a short drive away.
Eagle's Vista is convenient to Brisbane and the Gold Coast including Movie World, Sea World, Dreamworld and fabulous beaches. There are also National Parks with extensive walks and lookouts close by.

Property

The single level house has 4 fully appointed bedrooms and 2 1/2 bathrooms. The main bedroom (queen bed) has an en-suite containing a spa bath with the second bathroom at the other end of the house close to another 2 queen bed rooms. The fourth bedroom contains 2 single beds. A trundle bed with inner spring mattress is available at a minimal extra cost if required for a 9th person.
The kitchen, family, and dining rooms open onto the deck and all enjoy views to the coast. There is a gas fire in the formal lounge for the cooler winter nights along with a second TV and stereo radio/CD player. All rooms have ceiling fans and an air-conditioner is installed in the lounge.
There are sufficient plates, cutlery, pots, pans etc to cater for 8 people if you desire to self cater your stay. The kitchen has electric appliances and a dish washer. A gas BBQ is provided for outdoor cooking.
