Holiday house

Located on a quiet cul de sac overlooking the ocean, a stones throw from beautiful Tamarama & Bronte beaches with golden sand, natural swimming pools and contemporary cafes and restaurants.

The house is ideally situated for both beachside living and central city excitement. It's just a short stroll to Bondi Road and its plethora of shops and eateries as well as direct transport links to the City (8 kilometres away). in the other direction you can walk along the cliff path to the famous Bondi Beach for a swim, surf or some fine dining at the world famous Icebergs.

Whether it's the excitement of Bondi, the glamour of Tamarama or the beauty of Bronte, the house is perfectly located for an 'easy-living' holiday.

Downstairs there are three double bedrooms (with air-con), two bathrooms, and a large open-plan living area spilling out to the private courtyard and salt-water pool.

Upstairs, capturing double aspect views, is the open-plan livingdining area with soaring cathedral ceilings and masses of natural light. The well-equipped kitchen is only a year old with everything you'll need to whizz up your holiday gourmet delights. One of the outdoor terraces has the BBQ and outdoor dining, whilst the other terrace offers magnificent 180 degree views of the ocean and local area. There's Foxtel (cable TV), BOSE stereo with ipod dock and wi-fi.

There is off street parking for 2 cars at the front of the house.

Within easy walking of beaches, great shops, cafes and restaurants, the only decisions you'll need to make are where to place your beach towel, where to eat and where to get coffee!

A short drive away will take you to beautiful Centennial Parklands with its horse-riding, walking and cycling tracks, or to the iconic sporting arenas of the Sydney Cricket Ground and the Sydney Football Stadium. In addition to these great local destinations there is also the Entertainment Quarter (formerly Fox Studios) to keep the kids amused, Oxford Street and Paddington for high-end designer clothing shopping. Again
