Holiday house

A minute walk to Tamarama beach, 5 minutes to Bondi Beach or 10 minutes walk to Bronte beach restaurants and cafes.

Polished floors, gormet kitchen, 2 x modern bathrooms includes bathtub, marble floors, high ornate ceilings and 4 large bedrooms plus a sunroom off main bedroom with large bifold windows; a loft balcony looking at Tamarama and Bronte beach and a communal ground floor sunny entertaining deck with Weber BBQ. The apartment block of 4 has just completed a complete renovation and the apartment recently add a loft conversion to include 2 luxury bedrooms, connecting private balcony and additional marble bathroom.

5 to 10 minutes walk to all three famous bondi, tamarama and bronte beaches, shops and cafes. The bus stop is only 50 mtrs away. Bondi Junction shopping only a short bus ride or 15 minute walk. There is also delicious Cafe M, just around the corner in Tamarama village.

This apartment would suit a family, couples or corporate rentals.

This is a very enjoyable Northerly facing bright, spacious and comfortable beach apartment with entertainment system, wireless internet and great coffee machine!
