Cottage

Mountain View cottage is a modest cottage with all modern conveniences located in a prime position of Talbingo opposite the childrens playground and with water and mountain views. It is only 200 metres from the Talbingo Country Club which offers full club facilities, a chinese restaurant, childrens play area, picturesque golf course and tennis courts.
Talbingo has a supermarket which is fully equipped with all your requirements. Newsagency, souvenirs, limited pharmaceutical products, groceries, smallgoods, meat, liquor, hardware and fishing tackle. The supermarket has Post Office facilities, Internet facilities, golf clubs, tennis and video hire. There is a Police Station, library. Nearest hospital and medical facilities located at Tumut.

VISIT: The Snowy Mountains Tumut 3 Power Station at Talbingo Dam. The Yarragonbilly Caves for picnis, bushwalks, cave tours and thermal pools. Gold digging at Adelong and Kiama. Buddong Falls and bushwalking.

SUMMER: Watersports on beautiful Talbingo Dam. Fishing, golfing, bushwalking, tennis, canoeing, bikeriding and just relaxing and doing nothing!

WINTER: Mt Selwyn Snowfields is located only 40 minutes from Talbingo via the Snowy Mountinas Highway which is open all year. Mt. Selwyn offers skiing from beginners to medium skiers and has the lowest lift/hire and lesson prices in the Skifields. Ideal for families and begiiners.

The property consists of 3 bedrooms. One queen size bedroom, bedroom two consists of two twin beds which can be converted to a king size. Bedroom three has a single bed and a double bed/single bunk. All pillows, blankets and doons are provided.
There is a bathroom. two toilets, fully quipped kitchen/family room, living room, laundry and verandahs. There are two Tvs, video, cd player, microwave, heaters and fans.
