Fully self contained, three bedroom cottage. (1 x queen room, 2 x twin single rooms) two bathrooms (showers only). Large coverd rear deck overlooking golf course to lake & mountains.

"The cottage was very cosy with heating in all bedrooms and the living room and electric blankets on all beds. It was lovely to return to after a day in the snow. The rear deck was just lovely to sit back and enjoy the afternoon sun while taking in the outlook over the golf course and mountains. In the mornings we got to see the sun rise over the mountains and light up the frost covering the golf course. Our two young daughters loved the dolls house that was on the rear deck."

"Talbingo is a small Snowy Mountains Scheme village and the small cottage was just delightful. It was clean and tidy and well furnished and had everything that was needed in the kitchen and other areas - even including laundry detergent!! Birchgrove is adjacent to the golf course and has extensive views to the Snowy Mountains. It was a pleasure to sit on the well furnished back deck watching the antics of a flock of galahs at dusk!
We would love to visit again - maybe in the winter next time - and to have some more delicious meals at the Talbingo Club!
The pot of homemade marmalade provided on our arrival was most thoughtful and eagerly consumed for our breakfast!
Access to local attractions was easy and a longer visit would have ensured that we explored the area more - a shame we could only stay two nights.
It was the highlight of my trip touring NSW and would be highly recommended. Thank you to the owners!!"
