"The advertisement was misleading. It said you enjoy great views from your private balcony. We were given a ground floor apartment with no balcony and only a very small glimpse of the river. We were not told when making the booking that you had to book a two bedroom unit to get this balcony and view. Quite disappointing."

"Michael & Marjorie are friendly, competent managers. Michael told us of some attractions to visit on our way to Launceston. We would not have known about them otherwise & are pleased we took the time to visit. Our unit was very clean & contained all the equipment we needed. Would definitely stay again.

"Our stay was just OK.The camp bed for our 11 y.o.was very poor. Very old and torn matress of approx 1 inch.Bed sqeaked very badly. We decided she could not sleep on it. In the end we used sofa bed upstairs, but had to ask operator for double bed sheets. No apology or interest. We understand three children is adifficult number but haven't had such poor bedding before.
We wouldn't stay there again.
Our stay in the rest of Tasmania provided excellent accomodation at good prices and very friendly service."

"My son and I had a great time. Everything that we needed was there and the accommodation was one of the best that we have stayed at. The beds were comfortable and made up prior to our arrival, the balcony gave stunning views and very handy for me to go out to and have a smoke. Having my morning coffee on the balcony in the sunshine was a great start to the day."
