"This was our worst accommodation experience in Tasmania. Location is superb as right on the beautiful coast. But, booked all OK and paid the requested deposit and left for our holiday. No email sent for remainder of payment and not a phone call asking for it. Owner was rude when finally tracked him down to get the key and let us in. No milk in fridge. Insects throughout house. They demand we take the rubbish to the tip in town. Got to be joking! And they don't take credit card payment. A change of ownership would make this a nice place to stay, but we couldn't wait to get out of there."
