Fully self contained 3 bedroom holiday home including linen, ducted cooling throughout, 2 bathrooms, pets negotiable, late check out available at no extra cost. This holiday home has been built on 14 acres and is situated halfway between Swan Reach and Blanchetown, the home boasts magnificent views in a quiet & secluded setting. The house has been positioned on the hill to take in the sweeping views across the valley and is approx. 800 metres back from the riverfront, giving added safety for young children.
There is 100 metres of river frontage to the property with a sandy beach, shady gum trees, lawn section with outdoor setting and basic boat launching. No public roads between house and riverfront all private property. Wombats live on the property with other native wildlife having been seen including Kangaroos, Emus, Echidnas, and Pelicans. This property suits families wanting more than just river frontage and couples wanting a secluded rural getaway.
