Cottage

Montrose House welcomes you to stay at Montrose Cottage We provide crisp linen on the 2 queen sized beds, fluffy towels and an open fire and electric blankets for those colder evenings.
In the fridge, you will find generous breakfast provisions for a good country cook up and a late check out of 3pm on Sundays is included.

You also have the opportunity to hold weddings, morning and afternoon tea and luncheon garden tours, private functions and conferences in a delightful English garden setting.

Montrose Berry Farm surrounds the House and provides you the opportunity to wander through the berries and numerous fruit trees as well as purchase jams, jellies and other tasty products prepared on site.

We also have a large chess set for our guests to enjoy

Directions: Montrose House is located in Ormond Street in Sutton Forest. When on the Illawarra Hwy at Sutton Forest take the turn to Exeter and travel exactly 1km from that turnoff. At the blue "rest area" sign Montrose is on your right hand side.
You will be made most welcome.
