At Swanlake Cottage you can watch the sun set over the lake from the cosy front veranda, have a BBQ in the backyard, take the kids for a safe swim on the sandy beaches of the pristine lake, paddle a canoe across its shallow waters, go for a surf on one of the nearby untouched beaches, fishing in the lake, ocean or river or discover the bush-walks in the surrounding National Parks and Nature Reserves.

If you are bringing your motor boat please stick to the designated boat ramps and speed limits. There are black swans and a great number of other birds breeding in the shallow parts of the lake.
