Neat 2 bedroom cottage located close to clubs, cafes, river and beach is a very short drive. Large rear yard which backs onto a national park can accommodate boats or cars. Inside there is a kitchen with full cooking facilties, a colour TV, DVD player, CD player. The bathroom has a shower and vanity. There is a seperate indoor toilet.
